No ownership of NATARCA software, brand, prompts, interpretation corpus, methodology or databases is transferred. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
The licence does not include source code, API access, sublicensing, resale of platform access, automated bulk extraction, redistribution of the interpretation database, white-label rights or removal of NATARCA attribution.
The Licensed NATARCA Interpretation Partner status and partner badge may be used only while the licence is active. They are not an astrology qualification, certification or accreditation.
The word Partner is a NATARCA product-status and brand designation only. Purchasing the licence does not create a legal partnership, employment, agency or representative relationship, and does not endorse the holder's professional qualifications. A copied badge has no independent evidentiary value; its link must lead to the current public licence-status page.
The licensee remains responsible for their services, client relationships and representations. NATARCA interpretations are reflective content, not medical, legal, financial or psychological diagnoses.
The renewal date, cancellation method, applicable taxes and refund terms are shown before payment. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period unless the licence is suspended or refunded under the applicable terms.
